Position Description:
The Instructional Designer for the client will support creation and development of training courses for the client. Primary job responsibilities
include:
| * | Design and development of training materials and all documents associated with training curriculum |
| * | Building of training content utilizing Instructional System Design (ISD) |
| * | Utilization and implementation of Performance-Based Training (PBT) |
| * | Consulting on best practices and approach in regards to development of online training: WebEx videos, Flash files, other technologies |
MUST-HAVEs:
| * | 6-10 years of experience |
| * | Expert level experience with Microsoft products (including Powerpoint) |
| * | Strong communicator and consultant |
| * | Business and information technology experience |
| * | Strong practical experience with ISD Methodology (Instructional System Design) |
| * | Experience with Performance-based training |
| * | Strong hands-on experience with instructional design principles |
| * | Competencies: Technical, Creative, Innovative, Self-Starting, Sense of Urgency, Team Player |
